Since 1992 music lovers have been enthralled by the singing of the Boyan Ensemble, whose 17th consecutive tour of the UK starts in Brighton on 1 November with 25 concerts scheduled nationwide.
Stop Press! During the current financial crisis, all promoters of classical music are preparing for a fall in audience numbers and, along with a steep increase in our tour costs, the situation is cause for concern. Consequently, this is a rallying call to all fans of the choir to encourage friends and family to attend the concerts.
Music is a powerful, healing force; it will not increase your bank account, but we hope that many of you will take comfort and spiritual inspiration from the magnificent programme that The Boyan Ensemble brings on tour.
I am delighted to announce that the Wiltshire Music Centre concert on 16 November is totally sold out! Fans may check availability for the Bristol and Bath concerts on Sunday 23, and Monday 24 November, respectively.
